The new queens are in town. Malwandle Sithole, from Boksburg in Ekurhuleni, was crowned the 4th Miss Teen Universe South Africa. The case which was held at Sibaya South African Casino’s Izulu Theatre in Durban last Sunday, also crowned 13-year-old Manqoba Vilakazi, Miss Pre-Teen Universe SA 2023.
