In North Worldwide, where the Amazon jungle leaves little room for establishing reliable political boundaries, indigenous groups fighting to preserve the customs and traditions that have got allowed them to adapt to the jungle for hundreds of years. It is the case of huaoaranis, inhabitants of the rainforest where jaguars, pumas and tapirs abound, together with a huge variety of rodents, birds and insects. This tribe lives constantly threatened by the invasion of industry and the spell of modernity. But this way of harmonious life with nature is increasingly endangered since the first of all oil drilling that was performed in 1967. Today they are trapped between two worlds, longing for the paradise they left behind.
