No South African Casino in GTAV as a South African

Looks like no betting in RSA as South African , i asked a few friends online but it seems like all the dlc purchases/Features are available other than gambling to earn more token. Effectively for south Africans it is just a shopping spree where you will need to play old content and buy new currency. RIP RSA
